Drew Rainer, M.D.
Dr. Rainer attended Texas A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in dance. She then attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma where she eamed her doctorate. Dr. Rainer completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Texas Austin Dell Medical School where she served as Chief Resident and won numerous teaching and residency awards. She has particular interests in minimally invasive surgery, PCOS, infertility. endometriosis, high-risk obstetrics, and well woman care.
Dr. Rainer is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and she is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She currently serves as the chief of the Obstetrica/Gynecology/Pediatrics department at Texas Health Resources Harris Methodist Southwest Hospital She is an assistant professor with the TCU/UNTHSC College of Medicine and is actively engaged in education of medical students in Fort Worth. She is licensed to practice medicine in both Texas and Oklahoma, and she is a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and Gold Humanism Honor Society. She has received recognition as a Texas Super Doctors Rising Star, 360 West Magazine's Top Doctor, and DFW Child Mom-Approved OB-GYN.
Dr. Rainer enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two young children. Her husband is an educator, and her children are in school and daycare here in Fort Worth. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, hiking, watching movies, and dancing. Dr. Rainer has a passion for women's health care and enjoys leaming about new and exciting ways to care for women in this country.
